It's a Starbucks, so the drinks are about the same quality you'll get anywhere. Service is fine as long as you don't want a pour over. If you like good coffee, however, don't bother asking for the pour over. 9 times out of 10 you'll get a blank stare, or they'll give you drip coffee, or they'll say "are you sure? That takes a long time and it's the same as the carafe." It's fine to not offer a pour over. But if a coffee says it's available as a pour over on the sign it would make sense to train people how to do it and to do it without complaining. That's just weird 😂

I know that they are busy, and that they get a lot of orders, but this morning I arrived 25 minutes early so that I would have time to get a drink before class only to end up spending 7 dollars on a drink that took enough time that I had to leave before it was even ready. Waste of my morning, and a waste of my time.

Recently every time I order here there is always an issue with my drinks. Coffees have been watered down, missing inclusions, and even the matcha lavender latte I ordered today was apsolutely foul and did not taste how it should. I tried to give them the benefit of there being rough days, but every day is a rough day at this Starbucks. Plus, the workers always have an attitude when asking questions and mentioning an issue about an item. Please do better considering this is a popular Starbucks and prices are not cheap. Thank you.

Hi, I know it’s always busy but please make drinks right, like I know it’s a winter drink but still. I have ordered the Cran Merry drink 3 times now and each time have gotten it without coconut milk despite ordering it specifically with coconut milk. I even heard the workers discussing how it was wrong and then she just put the lid on and gave it to me anyways. Usually this location on campus is great for being on a college campus but recently it’s been rough, especially for how much a single drink or food item is.

I totally understand that it was a rush when I came in. But completing mobile orders that weren’t even there before doing my in-person order doesn’t make sense. 5 minutes before class started and I had received my drink and not my pastry, lady was prioritizing mobile orders. I kindly asked her if she could check on mine and she said she’d get to it when she’d get to it. Didn’t just grab my bag and fill my order quickly, I ended up leaving because it took so long for a piece of pumpkin loaf.
